A quick 3 ingredient recipe for avocado lovers with a sweet tooth! This recipe is a great breakfast option and a nutritious snack.
1 ripe avocado
1 cup coconut milk
2 teaspoons honey
pinch of salt (optional)
Cut avocado in half, deseed and peel the skin using a spoon.
Using your food processor, stand mixer, or immersion blender, blend the avocados, milk, and honey until smooth.
Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
