Sweet Jinger was founded in June 2020 by Julisa Henry, a certified chef with a passion for baking, pastry making, and experimenting with seasonings, herbs, and spices. During the pandemic, Julisa transformed her culinary project to help customers elevate their home-cooked meals with high-quality artisanal spices.
As a devoted mother of two and with over a decade of experience in hospitality, Julisa understands the importance of healthy eating. At Sweet Jinger, she offers meal planners, grocery lists, and a variety of artisanal spices, seasonings, and herbs, available for personal use or wholesale. Julisa also provides cooking classes, private lessons, menu planning, and recipe development.
