SUITE JINGER PRIVACY POLICY

Suite Jinger, Inc. (“Suite Jinger”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to your privacy and protecting the information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect from you, how we use it and protect it, and the privacy rights you have.

This Policy applies to you if you use our services, access the Suite Jinger website and platform (collectively, the “Platform”), post any content to the Platform, or if you otherwise interact with us.

“User-generated content” means any photos, videos, text, information, media, or other content uploaded or posted to the Platform by users.

If you provide us with personal information about third parties, including information included in the user-generated content you post, you represent to us that you have that person’s consent to provide it to us or that you otherwise have the legal authority to do so.

HOW WE HANDLE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Collecting your personal information

We collect information about you directly from you when you interact with us or with the Platform, such as when you create an account, use or visit the Platform, and when you upload or share any usergenerated content to the Platform.

Specifically, we collect the following types of personal information from you:

Contact information, including your email address, phone number and home address.

Payment information, including information about the method of payment you use to purchase products, subscribe to meal plans or other offering through the Platform (such as credit card information or bank account details).

User data and correspondence, including your Platform username and password, information about how you use the Platform, and any information you provide when you contact us with questions, feedback, reviews, or otherwise communicate with us or through the website blog.

Online activity information, including information about your device, how you use and browse our Platform, and your IP address, which we obtain from your online interactions with us. See “Interacting with us online” below for details.

Information you choose to provide, including any information about yourself (including any photos, posts, reviews, and other media) that you upload or otherwise share to the Platform. This also includes information you voluntarily share about yourself related to your health, medical conditions, and dietary restrictions. This is optional, and we do not require you to provide us with any health information for any purpose.

Collecting information from other sources

Most of the personal information we collect comes directly from you or your device, as described above. We may also collect personal information about you from other individuals if they upload or share any user-generated content that contains information about you.

Providing and supporting the Platform. This includes operating, maintaining, and delivering the Platform; administering and verifying your Platform account; customizing your experience on the Platform; and providing user support.
