  • What sizes and containers do you sell your spices in?
    All of our spices come in 4 or 8 oz BPA-free plastic spice jars.
  • How long do spices last?
    With proper storage, seasonings, herbs, whole, and ground spices can last for years. However, we encourage frequent purchases of smaller quantities, as spices contain volatile oils which will dissipate over time, along with flavour.
  • How should my spices be stored?
    Refrain from storing spices near air and heat, as this does damage to the authentic flavour. Spices should be stored in airtight containers and housed in a dark cabinet, pantry, or drawer.
  • Are your spices gluten-free?
    Yes! Sweet Jinger does not add any gluten products to our Seasonings, Herbs, or Spices.
  • Do your products contain dairy?
    No. All Sweet Jinger whole and ground spices are dairy and milk-free.
  • Do your products contain preservatives?
    No. Sweet Jinger blends are hand-mixed from premium, high-quality ingredients and contain no artificial flavouring, colours, or MSG.
  • Do you offer wholesale or bulk quantities?

  • You don't have one of the spices I'm looking for. Can you get it in stock?
    Yes! Sweet Jinger is a boutique spice store. If there is something you are looking for, please let us know.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes. However, please note all our prices are in CAD and the customer is responsible for any additional destination charges including duties, brokerage fees, and taxes. Please note that free shipping offers are only valid on delivery to Domestic addresses.
  • What is your return policy?
    We take pride in our high quality ingredients and want our customers to be absolutely fulfilled with their Sweet Jinger purchases. Please keep your packaging slip and original receipt and provide both with your return. We are happy to accept a return for a refund within 15 days, provided the packaging remains intact and sealed with no signs of tampering. Returns without an original receipt are non-refundable.
