Ginger promotes gut health. This superfood is great for indigestion, It soothes the stomach, reduces gas, and bloating, and can help with nausea and sickness.


  • 4 cups Water (1 quart/1 litre, filtered or bottled)

  • 1 Ginger Root


Step 1

Wash, peel and slice ginger.

Step 2

Combine all ingredients in a large glass carafe or pitcher.

Step 3

Cover and refrigerate 12-24 hours. Strain before serving.
